Venue
New for this year – Breezy Dev Conf moves to Scandic Waskia, a seaside conference hotel in Vaasa. With flexible event spaces and room to grow, the venue supports the relaxed, open, and forward‑looking atmosphere that defines the Breezy experience!
Tickets
No need bring show a physical or digital ticket when you arrive, simply state your name to the staff in the reception and they will find your personal badge. Since the tickets are tied to your name, please make sure you haven’t grabbed several tickets under the same name to reserve them for your pals. If this is the case, please let us know beforehand so we can assign the tickets to the correct name.

Arriving and parking
The hotel is very easy to reach. It’s located on Vaskiluoto island, within 1.5 km of the centre of Vaasa and the railway station. You can reach the venue by bus, Taxi, Uber, Bolt, electric scooter, or even by foot. Bus timetables are available at Digitransit.
There are several large car parks close to the hotel which are free of charge. If you use Scandic Waskia’s parking, you will have to enter your car’s registration number in the lobby, after that it is free.
Eating and drinking
We start the day with breakfast, followed by lunch, and coffee with something sweet. All meals are complimentary! We end the day together at the Post Conf Party. All attendees will recieve a free drink ticket (alchoholic or non-alcoholic) in exchange for the layard that holds your badge.
Accomodation
If you are travelling to Vaasa for Breezy Dev Conf and need accommodation, we are pleased to offer a discounted rate at Scandic Waskia.

Our conference is dedicated to providing a harassment-free conference experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, religion (or lack thereof), or technology choices. We do not tolerate harassment of conference participants in any form.
Sexual language and imagery is not appropriate for any conference venue, including talks, workshops, parties, or online media.
Conference participants violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the conference without a refund at the discretion of the conference organisers.
